Purpose:
The Façade Program encourages the enhancement of building exteriors, leading to job creation and retention in Cuero. This program is for improving façades, both in the designated Main Street Historical District area and within City limits.
Section 2(11) of the Economic Development Act allows certain infrastructural improvements which promote or develop new or expanded business enterprises.
