The Cuero Development Corporation (CDC) works to provide economic development services to those interested in starting up, relocating, or expanding a business to Cuero, Texas. We are dedicated to the promotion, enhancement and development of economic growth in the community.

Having a central location between Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, makes us a desirable community for those looking for a home, place of business, development opportunity or just a day trip. No matter your type of business, Cuero has an educated labor pool that can address workforce needs. We also have a close partnership with Victoria College and the University of Houston-Victoria, which provides educational opportunities and training for our citizens.

Banner on lamp post: Cuero - A "Preserve America" Community DeWitt Industrial Park is available for manufacturing and commercial business. Infrastructure is currently in place for portions of the park. A 5,000 square foot spec building as well as greenspace property is available at the park.

Visitors and residents alike enjoy the vibrant historic downtown that is filled with shopping, art, restaurants, and displays of rich heritage. The wonderful museums and newly renovated DeWitt County Courthouse are a source of pride.

The Cuero Development Corporation would be happy to answer your questions about the City. From demographics to utilities, we can provide all of the information you need.

Sincerely,

Randall Malik
Executive Director
