Maggie Cromeens Selected for Future Leaders Training Program by the Texas Economic Development Council

Cuero, TX –  Maggie Cromeens, the Executive Director of the Cuero Economic Development Corporation, has been chosen to participate in the prestigious Future Leaders Training program offered by the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC). The three-year program aims to cultivate and empower emerging leaders within the TEDC, fostering leadership skills that will benefit both their organizations and local communities. Cromeens’ first mid-year training session is scheduled for the week of June 19th.

The Future Leaders Training Program, a component of the TEDC Leadership Training Program, was established in 2019 with the primary objective of nurturing leadership potential within the council. It provides participants with a unique platform to enhance their leadership capabilities, build their TEDC resume, and make a meaningful impact on economic development efforts across Texas. 

At the core of this training initiative lies the fundamental values for which the TEDC stands for: integrity, accountability, respect, trust, authenticity, impact-oriented approach, and servant leadership.
